High on a Mountainside

We're living outside Taos, New Mexico through the end of July.

Last month, we played in Angel Fire at 8,400 feet. It was a beautiful morning. There's no light in the world that compares to the light in Northern New Mexico as it falls on the canyons and mesas.

We've also played on the Taos Plaza -- all the way down at 7,000 feet, and at our favorite venue in Taos -- the Adobe Bar.

Next week, we're heading north to Colorado for performances in the Boulder area, and to stay in a run-down motel beside a mountain stream. Then, we return to the high desert to start work on some new songs.

In August, we take the wagon on the road. We're headed to L.A. for several performances and then up to Boise over Labor Day to play at the Hermit Music Festival.

We're looking forward to all the stops on our far-flung Western tour and grateful for the chance to share our music in so many different places.
